Shipping policy

Bluebird Co. offers complimentary standard shipping within Australia on orders over $250 AUD. Express shipping is also complimentary on orders over $300 AUD. We also offer complimentary international shipping on orders over $300 AUD.

Once an order is placed via our website all Bluebird Co. keepsakes are personalised, packaged and sent off within the timeframe outlined in the items' Product Description.  Please note that the processing time does not include weekends or public holidays. 

All parcels are sent using the Australia Post EParcel Express service and FedEx for US customers. Please note that parcel delivery times are out of our control and that some delays can occur, especially during busy holiday periods.   

Bluebird Co. customers will be notified via email correspondence once their order has been shipped. Please ensure the correct postage details are provided on checking out as Bluebird Co. does not take responsibility for orders that are shipped to an invalid or incorrect address and cannot be found liable for any associated loss.
