Shipping policy

Bluebird Co. offers complimentary standard shipping within Australia on orders over $250 AUD. Complimentary express shipping within Australia and New Zealand is available on orders over $300 AUD. Complimentary express international shipping (7–14 business days) is available on orders over $350 AUD. Complimentary FedEx Express shipping (3–5 business days, Delivered Duty Paid) to the United States is available on orders over $400 USD.

Shipping thresholds are calculated after discounts have been applied and exclude any applicable duties or taxes.

All international orders are shipped via Australia Post Express International service. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on the destination. Please note that any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.

For orders shipped to the United States, we use FedEx International Connect Plus. These orders are typically delivered within 2–5 business days, with all duties and taxes prepaid by us for a smooth delivery experience.

Once an order is placed via our website all Bluebird Co. keepsakes are personalised, packaged and sent off within the timeframe outlined in the items' Product Description.  Please note that the processing time does not include weekends or public holidays. 

All parcels are sent using the Australia Post EParcel Express service and FedEx for US customers. Please note that parcel delivery times are out of our control and that some delays can occur, especially during busy holiday periods.   

Bluebird Co. customers will be notified via email correspondence once their order has been shipped. Please ensure the correct postage details are provided on checking out as Bluebird Co. does not take responsibility for orders that are shipped to an invalid or incorrect address and cannot be found liable for any associated loss.

Gift With Purchase & Promotional Spend Thresholds
To qualify for a Gift With Purchase (GWP), the minimum spend requirement must be met on eligible products only.

Please note that shipping charges, duties, taxes and any additional service fees do not contribute towards the qualifying spend amount.

For example, if a promotion requires a minimum spend of $300, your order must contain at least $300 worth of eligible products, excluding shipping costs.
If an order does not meet the required spend threshold, any promotional gift included with the order may be removed prior to dispatch.
