Shipping: Sale orders will ship within 1-3 weeks. Pre-order items will be dispatched within the timeframe specified in the product description.
Personalisation & Sizing: Please choose sizes carefully, as we do not offer refunds or exchanges on personalised items, including pieces with engraved or hand-stamped solid gold or solid rose gold initial pendants.
Returns & Refunds: All sale orders are final and not eligible for refunds. Non-personalised items can be returned for a credit note or exchange.
Shipping Offers:
Free standard shipping within Australia for orders over $250.
Free express shipping within Australia for orders over $300.
Free express shipping to New Zealand for orders over $300.
Free express shipping for US orders over $400.
Manufacturing Warranty:
We offer a 6-month manufacturing warranty on all jewellery. Please note, this does not cover wear and tear or natural fading of plating.
Personalisation Accuracy: Please carefully check the spelling of any personalised items before submitting your order. We cannot replace jewellery that contains spelling errors from incorrect ordering.
Gift with Purchase: A maximum of one complimentary item will be provided with eligible orders during promotional periods, while stocks last. To receive the gift, please select the Gift with Purchase option at checkout if eligible. Complimentary items are not covered by our manufacturing warranty.
Giveaway
Eligibility:
The giveaway is open to residents of Australia who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of Bluebird Co, their families, and affiliates are not eligible to participate.
Entry Period:
The giveaway begins upon announcement and ends at the time specified for each individual giveaway. Entries submitted after the closing time will not be accepted.
How to Enter:
To enter, participants must complete the giveaway form, including providing explicit consent to receive marketing communications and agreeing to the competition Terms & Conditions via the checkbox. Only one entry per person is permitted.
Prize:
The giveaway prize(s) will consist of a Bluebird Co jewellery product or related item, as specified for each giveaway. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Bluebird Co reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or similar value in the event of unavailability.
Winner Selection & Notification:
The winner(s) will be chosen at random from eligible entries. Winners will be notified via the email provided in their entry form within 5 business days of the giveaway closing date. Winners must respond within 7 days to claim the prize. If a winner does not respond within this period, Bluebird Co reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
Marketing Consent:
By entering the giveaway, participants agree to receive marketing communications from Bluebird Co, including emails and promotional offers. Participants may unsubscribe at any time using the links provided in communications.
Use of Personal Information:
All personal information collected during the giveaway will be handled in accordance with Bluebird Co’s Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability:
Bluebird Co is not responsible for any lost, late, or misdirected entries. By entering, participants agree to release Bluebird Co from any liability related to the giveaway, including any technical failures or errors.
Platform Disclaimer:
This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, or any other social media platform. Participants acknowledge that the platform is completely released of any responsibility.
Modification & Termination:
Bluebird Co reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time for any reason without prior notice.
